We are not influenced by which property you purchase, as we have access to virtually every property on the market and recommend only those that best match your objectives.

Clients benefit from independent advice, comprehensive property sourcing, due diligence and negotiation support without additional acquisition fees. In most cases, our compensation is paid through a share of the commission paid by the brokerage representing the property, in accordance with standard market practice in Spain.

Most importantly, our focus remains on helping clients make the right decision, rather than promoting a particular property or prioritising a specific listing.

If a different fee arrangement is appropriate for a particular assignment, it is always discussed transparently and agreed in advance.
